Meet Our Centre Manager

Qualifications: Diploma of Children’s Services

What makes you passionate about Early Childhood Education?
I love forming relationships with the families of the centre who then become apart of our big family here at Aussie Kindies. Nothing makes me smile more then saying good morning to the children each day on my morning walk through and them greeting me with a big cuddle. From an early age, I always wanted to be in the Early Childhood sector. I love working in this field and being a safe haven that’s a home away from home.

What makes your centre different from others? Our centre has a dedicated team who share their strengths and passion for Early Childhood sector every day. We provide quality care and this shows within our daily experiences provided and the ongoing care and support shown to the children and families.

What is the most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare? I absolutely loved the Holi Festival! The children an Educators had so much fun!

What makes you passionate about Early Childhood Education? To make a difference in the lives of young people at the service and their families. Also, to work with Educators to provide the highest possible quality and help them to achieve their own goals within the Early Childhood Industry.

How would you apply the national Quality Standards and EYLF for Educational Programming? The National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, underpins all we do at our centre. We link to both important documents as well as the Lifelong Learning Curriculum in our programming and planning. In doing this, we know that our program is backed by educational theory and practices, and therefore of the highest possible standard.
